Love Handle Workouts At Home

If you’re any kind of sports fan whether it be football and you prefer to watch it instead of actually play or if your a person that prefers to be the one sitting on the coach instead of moving the coach then you most likely are a person that has a beer gut hanging out of you and those oh not so pretty love handles and at the same time you want to get rid of them then you’re in the right place because these love handle workouts are going to help you to get rid of that gut quickly!

So you have a beer gut and protruding love handles, what exactly are you going to do about it?

Of course you haven’t always had a beer gut or extending love handles but your sedentary lifestyle has resulted in your metabolism slowing right down. This of course is in conjunction with your increase intake of the wrong kind of calories. Together this has caused those love handles to stick out.

So you may be wondering what you can do to change this situation around. Well its plain and simple all you really need to do is exercise! Some plain and simple exercises are going to help you to develop core strength and those love handle workouts are going to help you to get your body back into shape. But of course as with anything those workouts are going to do you no good if you continue to gorge down crappy foods. Because unfortunately your body just doesn’t work in that manner. Well now I’m going to go into some specific love handle workouts that you can use to really push those ab muscles to the max. My favourites are those that focus obliques. Well of course before you begin any kind of workout make sure that you check with your doctor, just to be safe. Technique is the most important factor you need to take into consideration to see long lasting results.

Exercise 1: Ride the Bike, Lie down on flat surface with your hands along the side of your head. Then raise your right knee and your left elbow and meet them at the halfway point. This is right about the mid section. Then hold that position for a couple of seconds before returning to a flat position and doing to same exercise with the opposite knee and elbow. Keep on doing this as if you’re peddling a push bike.

Exercise 2: Crunch the Ball. So for this exercise simply get an exercise ball, a really big one. Now just put your back on the ball and perform some hard crunches. Keep in mind that you shouldn’t strain the neck at any time, and also try not to fall of the ball, remember take it slow and perfect the technique. This will be hard in the beginning but as you muscles get stronger you will find it easier. This exercise is particularly effective for getting rid of love handles.

How To Get Rid Of Love Handles – My 5 Tips

In my quest to successfully losing over 30 pounds of excess weight that I had been carrying and finally getting around to losing the fat on my waist using a combination of a great diet and love handle workouts, I have found the following 5 steps very powerful in helping me reach my goals.

These are tips that I used to completely get rid of love handles, and start enjoying life.

Tip 1 – You should really start to eat 6 small meals a day. I really found that spreading my meals 3 hours apart really helped me to shed those 30 pounds quickly.

Tip 2 – To really make it easy for yourself and to minimise the chance of failure you should plan the meals a week in advance. This is something that changed my life and really lifted a great deal of my shoulders. It allowed me to work and lose weight almost effortlessly.

Tip 3 – To lose love handles fast, I found that eating a piece of lean meat with every meal just gave me profound results. The protein you gain by doing this is amazing and really helps you to shed those excess pounds off. Along with the love handle workouts, I saw results super fast.

Tip 4 – In my quest for getting rid of love handles I found that avoiding all the BS ‘fad diets’ on the market helped remarkably. You know exactly what I mean and if you ever want to see results from your love handle workouts for women, then you need to stop.

Tip 5 – This is my best one yet! Once a week just wreck havoc on all the junk foods that you can eat. I found this to be very helpful in quenching my thirst for crappy foods and also helpful in weightloss :)

Love Handle Workouts – 2 Foods That Keep You Waist Large

Love handle workouts alone are not going to help you to get rid of love handles. You are going to have to pay extra attention to the foods that you consume on a daily basis. Not just what you should be eating but also what you should be avoiding.

In my own journey to lose love handles, this came as a shock to me. Foods that I had considered my whole life to be healthy turned out to be the same foods that were causing me to fail in my goal to permanently lose love handles fast.

Of course being the health nut I was and losing over 30 pounds of excess fat, I am sure that most of you know dangers of avoiding crappy foods such as bad trans fats and high fructose corn syrup. So I am going to avoid giving out a lecture on these kinds of foods.

Instead the foods that I am going to reveal are foods that most people consider to be healthy and helpful toward their personal goal of getting rid of love handles. I certainly was.

The first kind of food and one that I had considered ‘healthy’ for most of my life is wheat products … this includes most breads, cereals, bagels, muffins, pasta, crackers etc etc. Yes that includes the so called healthy ‘whole wheat’.

When I first came across this statement in my goal to getting a thin waist with love handle workouts. I just couldn’t believe it. How could something I and most of the people that I know not know that wheat products are not as healthy as they claim them to be.

It was remarkable, that when I got rid of wheat from my diet I felt incredible, my skin started to tighten and I started to see some real results from my efforts with the different love handle exercises.

The second food that I and most of the people I know consider to have been healthy and good for helping those love handle workouts take their full effect is fruit juice.

That’s right, fruit juice!
